App & account portal (payment assistant)

- The Pogo Energy app (Android/iOS builds exist, though not heavily promoted) lets you sign up, see daily usage, and recharge on the go, working like a payment assistant so you don’t get “bill shock.”

- You can enroll in autopay/“auto‑recharge” so Pogo automatically charges your debit or credit card when your balance gets low.
- If you qualify for a Deferred Payment Plan (DPP), you can manage or pay it down by:
- Typing DPP in chat,
- Texting DPP to 24197, or
- Calling 888‑764‑6669 option 4 then 1.
Third‑party “pay later” options
- PayLaterr and Deferit will pay Pogo Energy upfront and let you repay in 4 installments, but they charge membership and processing fees; they’re separate from Pogo and best used only if you already rely on them.
