PECO Pay as Guest (No Login)
PECO’s Pay as Guest lets you make a one‑time payment without creating or logging into an online account.
- Go to the Guest Payment page and enter your PECO account details and verification info (such as phone number plus last four digits of SSN, Tax ID, or PIN).
- Follow the prompts to pay the full or partial amount due the same day and receive an instant confirmation number when the payment is submitted.
Guest payments support credit/debit cards and bank account (ACH) and are processed through PECO’s authorized payment processor.
Online Account Login & AutoPay
If you register, you can log in for more features.
- Sign in on PECO’s site to view your current bill, billing history, and usage, and to manage saved payment methods.
- You can enroll in AutoPay from the payment options tab so your bill is automatically deducted from your bank account each month, and you can combine this with paperless eBill for email statements.
Online payments via PECO’s own site are protected by encrypted processing and 24/7 access.
Pay by Phone
You can pay your PECO bill using the automated phone system.
- Phone payment line: 1‑877‑432‑9384.
- Call to pay by credit card, debit card, or check by phone; you will need your account number and payment information.
- PECO states that the service provider charges a convenience fee (historically shown on sample bills as about 2.35–3.50 USD per transaction).
If your service was disconnected for non‑payment, pay with the phone system and then call 888‑480‑1533 to arrange restoration.
Pay by Mail & In Person
You can still pay your bill by mail or at authorized payment locations.
- Mail payments to:
PECO
P.O. Box 37629
Philadelphia, PA 19101
Write your account number on your check or money order and mail several days before the due date so it arrives and posts on time.
For in‑person payment, PECO lists authorized centers such as payment agents and some retail locations; use the payment location finder on PECO’s site to locate nearby options and confirm hours and any third‑party fees.
Assistance, CARES & LIHEAP
If you cannot pay your PECO bill in full, there are assistance programs.
- PECO directs customers to payment arrangements and hardship programs, including CARES referrals and LIHEAP grants for low‑income households.
- For payment arrangements, PECO lists dedicated numbers such as 1‑888‑480‑1533 for residential customers and 1‑800‑494‑4000 for small business to discuss options.
Pennsylvania’s LIHEAP and other hardship funds can help with cash or crisis grants that do not need to be repaid and can stop shutoffs or restore service.
