Is the customer service at Dino’s really that bad?
So, yea, customer service is terrible, they raise rates at will and I hope this review keeps customers away. Dino’s is clean, safe (well lit, strong locks/gates that WORK (!!), and attentive staff (they walk the premises daily (checking locks, signs of damage, etc.)) and their staff has always been respectful and helpful.
