  1. The most recent bill 12/20/22 – 1/23/23 my usage went down, and cost of gas doubled.
My previous bill was high so as of 1/9/23 I turn down the hot water heater, I have not turned on the heater in my house as of 1/9/23 and i now take hot showers at the gym 6 days of week. How can my bill be higher will everything i have done. I also noticed the bill dates are overlapping says service period 12/20/22 – 1/23/22 my previous bill was 11/17/22 – 12/20/22 – you are charging me twice for 12/20.
